Michele’s career in real estate began in 2005 in B.C.’s Cariboo region. It all started when she was searching for a hobby farm for her family, and her broker noticed her energy, thoroughness, and ability to negotiate. Impressed by her skills, he encouraged her to consider real estate as a career. "I eventually agreed, and then I fell in love with it," she recalls. "Like teaching, I get to interact with people every day, drawing on my communication, empathy, and understanding."

Her natural aptitude for the industry quickly became apparent. Michele earned the "Rookie of the Year" Award and continued to excel, earning the title of top salesperson for the next four years. Since joining RE/MAX Ocean Pacific Realty in 2010, she has consistently been a top performer, earning numerous sales achievements and accolades.

Michele is known for her tireless work ethic and dedication to making her clients’ real estate experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her commitment to her clients extends beyond just the logistics of buying and selling homes. She is a trained Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), understanding that downsizing or moving from a long-time family home can be an emotional process. "There are many questions from clients and their children, and it’s my job to guide them through this transition with support, professionalism, and compassion," she explains.

As a member of Brookfield Global Relocation Service Providers, Michele works with military and RCMP families who often face tight timelines for moving. She skillfully handles the challenges of these time-sensitive transactions with the same care and attention she brings to all her clients.

Susie Zacharias - Unlicensed Assistant

Working in real estate has been a part of Susie’s life since 2004. Prior to that, she was busy managing the household with her two young children. Once the kids started school, Susie started the big job search. She was looking for the perfect fit which complemented both her interests and her skill set. It didn’t take long for her to discover that real estate was her niche.

After spending a few years working as a licensed realtor, she felt it was time to work behind the scenes where she could apply her keen insight and attention to detail. “I get excited when the team gets a new listing,” she says. “And I love to help market homes in their best light.” With so many details involved with every real estate transaction, her experience and thoroughness leave Courtney Anglin clients in the best of hands.

Susie was born in Victoria, but moved with her family while she was young to White Rock in the Lower Mainland. Like many others born on the Island, Susie felt like an island girl at heart. She made the big move back to Vancouver Island in 2017 and has been enjoying the lifestyle we all enjoy and love ever since!
