⌂ Crown Isle is opening a 60 lot subdivision on the north side of Ryan Road (Same side as Costco.) The residential lots are expected to range from $149,000 to $169,000. The Comox Valley’s Beaufort Vineyard and Estate Winery captured 27 medals in three competitions, one international, one North American and one Canadian. Bulk Barn, Canada’s largest bulk food retailer is now open in the Comox Valley. In Campbell River, construction began on the $24 million Berwick seniors centre adding 133. The Catalyst mill site has been sold but no use for the property has yet been detailed. Two new projects have received municipal approval – a 55 room hotel and a 47 unit rental apartment block.
