Interesting Fast Facts: ⌂  The average number of skier visits at Mt Washington is 350,000. The Federal Government recently announced their contribution of $17 million to the sewage treatment & collection joint project of KFN, the CVRD and Village of Cumberland. Construction projects starting in 2013 in Campbell River include a new hotel, new Berwick seniors care centre, a new barge facility and the John Hart Dam Regenerating Station.  In 2014, new hospitals are expected to break ground in both communities.
